I provide pre-sentence court reports for criminal matters in the magistrate and district court in Brisbane. The cost of the court report is $1,000 + GST. Please note that I also provide court reports for legal aid-funded matters.
The process involves an initial 1.5 hour interview with you. In the interview, we will discuss your mental health, reason for offending and past history. A report will then be provided to your Lawyer who will submit it to the judge or magistrate at the sentencing hearing.
